What is slime?

Slime can be used as stress relieving tool and toy for people of all ages! They come in different textures, scents, and colors. Most people find slime relaxing to play with.

Is slime edible?

Though our delicious smelling slimes are tempting to eat, slime should never be consumed. Our slimes are not edible and may cause harm if consumed. 

What is slime made of? 

Our slimes are crafted with non-toxic ingredients such as glue, borax, fragrance oils, clay, and etc. Our slimes are completely safe to play with but, we recommend children under 8 be under adult supervision when playing. 

My slime is sticky, what do I do?

It is completely normal for all slimes to get sticky or melt over time, no matter what temperature its been sitting in. All of our orders come with an extra packet of borax powder, which can be used to fix your sticky slime.

All you have to do is dissolve the borax powder into 1 cup of warm water. Slowly add small amounts of this solution into your sticky slime and knead it in until it reaches your desired texture. Please be careful, because adding too much can stiffen your slime and ruin it!. Keep this solution in a marked container for future uses.

My slime if stiff, what do I do?

All slimes can get stiffer when played with over time, or if left uncovered. To soften your slime, we recommend kneading small amounts of school glue or lotion into your slime until it reaches your desired texture.

Keep in mind that this only fixes slime that are stiff, not dried out. If you leave your slime out and not on a closed container, your slime can easily dry out, and it will be extremely hard to fix, so be sure to always store your slime away after play!

When are your restocks?

We try to restock bi-weekly, but as a full time student, it's difficult finding time for that. However, if there is an upcoming restock, it will be posted on the home page of our site, and on our Instagram, @SLIMEYLAND.

Can I cancel/return my order?

Once your order has been shipped, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order. All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you would like to cancel your order or change your address and your order has not been shipped yet, please email us immediately.

What's your processing time?

Our processing time is 1-3 days for restock orders and 1-5 days for unlimited slimes orders. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 1-7 days, depending on the traffic of postal services.
