Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once your order has been marked as shipped, unfortunately we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. 

Changes/Cancel

If your order has not been marked as shipped and you would like to make changes to or cancel your order, please email us immediately. We will try our best to assist you, though we cannot guarantee any changes can be made. 

Damages + Wrong Item

Though we package our slimes safely before shipping, happenings during transit is out of our control and we are not responsible for damages once order is shipped.

Please contact us immediately if the item arrives defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received. 

Refund

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, or store credit.

Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect.
