Our current processing time for restocks is 1-3 days, and 1-5 days for our Unlimited Stock slimes. You will receive a notification and/or email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. After that your order should arrive within 1-7 days for U.S. orders, and up to 30 days for international orders (depending on distance from).

Slimes can get sticky due to weather conditions, but it's an easy fix!

Mix the borax powder packet provided in your package with one cup of warm water. Mix in small amounts of this solution until the slime is your desired texture.

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once your order has been shipped, unfortunately we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. 

Changes/Cancel

If your order has not been shipped and you would like to cancel your order or change your address, please email us immediately. We will try our best to assist you, though we cannot guarantee any changes can be made. 

Damages + Wrong Item

Though we package our slimes safely before shipping, happenings during transit is out of our control and we are not responsible for damages once order is shipped.

Please contact us immediately if the item arrives defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received. 

Refund

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, or store credit.

Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the refund reflect.
